About Us

Our Story

We have a long history in the agricultural world, from growing up ranching, buying and running our own ranch, custom calving and haying, raising chickens and selling eggs. Our family was blessed with many children and we wanted to find a way to work from home and raise them.

We had an idea along with another family in early 2020 to start a butcher shop. A couple months later, we processed our first beef. The rest is history.

We have been custom exempt processing since 2020. We love to serve our community by processing their beef, hogs, lambs, and wild game. We added retail meat products to our business to better serve customers who want to purchase smaller quantities. We offer a variety of beef and pork products.

We do it all to the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
