What we do
We are a custom-exempt processing facility. We process beef, hogs, buffalo, lambs, and goats for each customer. We dry-age beef, wrapping cuts in paper or vacuum sealing. Hamburger is double-ground and packed in plastic packaging. We also process USDA-inspected meat to create delicious products such as roasts, steaks, ribs, bacon, hams, sausages, and snack sticks. We also offer smoked meats for catering and/or household consumption.

Living in a ranching area, we want to provide people with a local place to process their beef and hogs. Located in the panhandle of Nebraska, we also process lamb, buffalo, elk, deer, and antelope. We offer retail meats for sale by the pound, and we do catering as well.
